Into 2013
The AIBs celebrate creativity and reward success in factual programming. Now in their eighth year they are unique in the field of international media for being judged by an independent panel of respected media industry professionals. Each year the Association for International Broadcasting searches for the most inspiring story-telling across radio, TV and online.  Full details of the categories, judges and past results are available on the AIB site dedicated to the international media excellence awards theaibs.tv

The goal for each entrant is the same – to be recognised by their peers in the international broadcasting business by winning an AIB Award. We know it means something. It helps producers spot rising talent. It provides a bench-mark for the information branch of the media sector. In the last 8 years, we’re proud to have helped talented people further their careers.

The ninth annual awards will open for entry in late April and the winnerswill be announced at a gala evening in London on Wednesday 6th November 2013.  Book the date in your diary and watch out for more details.

The AIB is looking to keep our judging panel fair and fresh. Our judges know how to spot genius when they see or hear it. So we’re looking for new judges who will help us continue the tradition of seeking out brilliance. We really do concentrate on world-class content.
